The Education Hour continues on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am, the children and youth gather for breakfast snacks and the adults gather for coffee. Classes for all ages begin at 9:30 and end at 10:15 am

We are still still meeting for Soup Suppers and activities on Wednesday evenings for the ”Gathering” from 5:30 to 7:30 pm

All Women are invited to join us on Saturday February 4th for our monthly women’s brunch and program. We begin at 10: 00 am Please see the Prayer partner Program below that the women will be sharing about at our brunch.

Prayer Partner Application

The women of Bethel are offering their prayers for the youth during this year. We will be partnering one-on-one with individual teens to pray for them starting February 2012. The women will not be talking to them personally but may periodically contact the teen with encouraging words through Bonnie Stauffer, John Capen or Nancy Miller.

Join the Children and Youth on Super Bowl Sunday, February 5th at 10:30 am as they join forces to tackle hunger at the Souper Bowl of Caring Service Blitz!

The Bethel children and youth are involved in the Souper Bowl of Caring because it is a simple and meaningful way for them to learn about the needs in our community and do something to help. They also learn that when we all work together, big things can happen.

We believe this movement is special and would like to invite you to get involved.

During the next few weeks BEFORE FEB 5th, we are asking for donations of:

· White Crew Socks

· Bottles of water

· Granola bars

These items are for a service project we are putting together for homeless people. We will hand you a completed kit on the day of the Souper Bowl of Caring service so that you too can help someone in need.

You can also help by donating canned food or monetary donations on Feb 5th at the Souper Bowl of Caring service. All donations will be given to the North County Food Bank.

I hope you will choose to get involved in this grassroots, youth-led movement that is helping those around the country who are in need.
